To learn business, founders run a business. You take the helm of a Kaern startup — Lumio, a smart-audio maker — for 20 quarters. Set ten levers across commercial, operations and corporate finance; a stochastic market and four rival founders decide the rest. You get the same instruments a real operator watches: three financial statements, the ratios, and a live league table.

A standalone paid simulation — $100. Run the full 20 quarters, finish with a Certificate of Completion, and export everything you learned as a PDF. Everything learned, exported in a PDF.
